Announcing The Firm’s New Veterans Benefits Practice

America cherishes life. It treasures liberty. It provides every one of us with the opportunity to seek prosperity and happiness. America is a truly great nation and its existence would not be possible without our veterans’ tremendous efforts and sacrifices. This honored group – which includes my father and father-in-law (KIA, Vietnam) – has proudly served our country for over two hundred years.

Their service is why I am honored on this Veterans’ Day to announce the opening of The Law Office of Ryan P. Smith, PLC’s Veterans Benefits Practice. In this practice, the Firm will help our nation’s veterans prepare, present and prosecute their claims for benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). I am accredited to practice before the VA and admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Veterans Claims. I am also a general member of the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates and the Maryland State Bar Association’s Military Law Committee and a volunteer for the Veterans’ Pro Bono Consortium.

Please contact me if you would like additional information on the Veterans’ Practice.
